Tafadzwa is the Clean Energy Assets and Compliance Manager for Original Power, bringing extensive electrical engineering, asset management and compliance experience across complex industrial environments. He has led teams responsible for electrical systems, plant maintenance, high-voltage infrastructure, safety compliance, preventative maintenance and reliability improvement. Tafadzwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Strategic Management, and is a Professional Engineer Member of Engineers Australia. In his role at Original Power, he supports the long-term operation, safety and performance of community-led renewable energy projects, helping strengthen asset management, contractor engagement, compliance processes and reliable clean energy outcomes for First Nations communities.
